Inspired Calling is a faith based organization providing career transition services based on a philosophy we call the Inspired Calling Advantage.  Our goals are to help unemployed  and underemployed individuals and groups find joy and hope, build self-confidence, and sharpen their job searching skills.

Inspired Calling was born from a desire to help churches assist people in career transition.  God gave Gary Hansen a vision for using his professional human resources experience.  To respond to the need, Gary founded Inspired Calling in 2008 and currently serves as President.  Gary also began building a team of talented professionals to carry out the vision.

The focus of the Inspired Calling team is to shorten the job search of people who are unemployed, underemployed or who are considering a job change. Our success is achieved by emphasizing key areas of job transition; restored hope, self-confidence, and mastery of job search skills, and relational bonds. 

At Inspired Calling, we specialize in successfully coaching individuals through a job transition.  Coaching can take many forms depending upon your personal situation. Whether you are newly unemployed or realizing that your old job search skills are not competitive, we can help you.  If you are underemployed and making less than you did a year ago for any reason, we can help you.  If the rumor mill at work is sending distress signals about the future of your company, we can help you make a change now.
