Dawn Grubb

Dawn is a leader and management professional with over 20 years experience in training and developing teams of people to reach goals and extraordinary results. She has worked with both ministry and secular organizations and understands the heartfelt desire for significance in both men and women.   

Dawn joined the Inspired Calling team in the fall of 2009.  She is uniquely qualified as a coach with IC, having been through several layoffs and downsizings, including one where she and her husband were laid off from the same organization at the same time.  She understands the emotions and the turmoil that surround this transition in life and she also knows how to come through it to happiness and success on the other side.
