Gary Hansen

Gary has been a Human Resource professional for more than 20 years, working in both corporate America and full-time ministry. He brings a unique perspective based on his experience with organizational change during periods of rapid expansion and periods of layoff.

Gary’s first love is for recruiting and hiring and he brings the mindset of a hiring manager as he coaches and inspires others to excellence. He is committed to focusing on how God works through major life change to grow one’s faith. He is also focused on partnering with others so that they better understand the latest job search strategies and can gain competitive advantage.

Gary graduated from Northwest Missouri State University, with a Bachelors of Science in Education. Later, Gary served as Director of Human Resources for Little Caesars Pizza, where he recruited over 200 management level professionals for the corporate owned stores in the Rocky Mountain Region.

After leaving Little Caesars, Gary served as Director of Human Resources and Chief of Staff for Promise Keepers, the largest men’s ministry in America. Gary set up a fully functional HR department within 30 days of his arrival at PK and then rolled out a formal hiring processes and salary structure. Over the next 3 years, he hired more than 600 staff members, and was later involved with restructuring as ministry revenues declined.

In 2008, Gary left Promise Keepers and founded Inspired Calling where he currently serves as its President. His vision is to coach and inspire others who are unemployed, underemployed or who are considering a career change to find a career with a purpose.

Gary has been married to his high school sweetheart, Kathy for more than 40 years. The Hansens live in the Denver metro area where they enjoy family life and grandchildren.
